CostPilot helps you track fuel, expenses, and maintenance. This policy explains what data is processed and why.

Data we store on your device

• Vehicle data you enter (e.g., brand/model, fuel entries, expenses, reminders).
• Optional identifiers (e.g., license plate, VIN) if you choose to add them.

Account & cloud

If you sign in with Google, we may store a basic profile record in Firebase (e.g., email and app settings such as locale/unit system) to support account features. Your main tracking data remains on your device unless a future version explicitly adds full cloud sync.

Advertising (AdMob)

CostPilot may show ads via Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, subject to their policies.

Subscriptions (RevenueCat)

Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store. CostPilot uses RevenueCat to check subscription/entitlement status. We do not store your payment card data.

Data retention

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Your choices

• You can use CostPilot without an account (guest mode).
• You can delete your data by clearing entries and/or uninstalling the app.
